The rules of the e-commerce game have changed: people want real advice from real people. 90% of online shoppers hence actively seek product reviews before making a purchase decision. This is where community commerce comes into play. community commerce is a strategy that focuses on building and nurturing a community of engaged customers through shared values and interests. Brands can then leverage the enthusiasm, energy and power of this community to trigger user-generated-content and online recommendations, which in turn improve conversion and drive sales. During my keynote I would present the 3 levers of community commerce (content, community, commerce) and provide insights and best practices for each. I will also explain why Gen Z is accelerating the rise of community commerce and share 7 practical tips for e-commerce experts to start leveraging the power of community commerce
