In 5–10 years, online shopping will look radically different. Instead of scrolling through endless filters and PDPs, customers will simply tell an AI assistant: “I need a blue dress for my sister’s wedding.” The agentic shopping world is coming fast - but unless we solve one fundamental problem, it risks becoming more frustrating than convenient: size & fit.

Imagine the AI suggests the perfect dress, only for the customer to discover their size is unavailable - or worse, that the size they order doesn’t fit. What should have been seamless becomes broken. This isn’t just about UX; it’s about conversion, loyalty, and returns, the biggest pain points in fashion commerce today.

The missing piece is a single source of truth: a Product & Customer Data Platform (PCDP) where raw product data and real customer data converge.
