But what if we could work with our brain’s natural mechanisms instead of fighting against them?

We will look at why change feels difficult to the brain, how habits resist disruption, and discuss many practical, science-backed tools to increase resilience, adaptability, and cognitive flexibility in the face of continuous change and transformation.
